Postby Inha(25)Leesungmin » Sat Oct 06, 2007 11:36 am

What your fovorate sports? I like baseball.

When we watch a MLB(=Mager league Baseball), we have feel fantastily

For example we have to see catching inpossible(=diving catch), we are surprise. and MLB is for the audience, can be popular world sports.

But Korea baseball is don't have interesting factor. Korea baseball is goal to the win, have to bunt, and frequent change pitcher don't have interesting. so a have little the audience.

What do you think about it?

I "think" korea baseball is more important at a defense.
It's a problem. MLB has many slugger.
Pitcher is important position in baseball.
but in korea, good player must!! be selected their position to pitcher by their coach.
Lee Sueng Yup (Asia homerun king!!) is a pitcher in highschool.
He was injuried his left arm and he change position.
Hu~~ He made new homerun record luckily by his injury.

I like a baseball, too!
I think MLB and Korean baseball are very fun.
They have each different interesting factor.
Interesting factor of MLB is that there are many sluggers, fantastic
pitchers at MLB. Therefore, we can see good scene that can't see at Korean baseball.
We can go stadium, see players directly in Korea. Therefore, we can feel reality, breathing of players at Korean baseball.

Korean Baseball

Postby Jason M. Ham » Sun Oct 07, 2007 2:00 pm

Who is your favorite player these days? Which teams are doing well? I used to follow baseball pretty closely in the States, but I lost interest after I started getting into English Premier League. My favorite MLB team was the Mariners--before Ichiro was signed actually. What is your favorite position? How else does Korean baseball differ from baseball in other countries?

Hi~ MR.ham
Fancy meeting you here!
Your class is so funny.^^

I dislike a baseball.
nowadays korean baseball is not popular
baseball is boring.
it's not excited~!

It is difficult to play baseball
And when another sports compare, baseball needs many tool~
if you haven't tool, it will impossible.
baseball rule is difficult.
and we must have umpire.
I think strike zone is very a bone of contention

What is a baseball worth signed by all the actors from the movie Major League filmed in Milwaukee? My mom has a baseball signed by all the actors in the movie Major League made in the late 1980's. With some actors such as Tom Berenger, Charlie Sheen, Wesley Snipes, Dennis Haysbert, and Steve Yeager.

I love baseball, too. When I was child, our family would go together to see baseball game once a month. It’s like a festival. There is a cheer team that would make a big voice and fans could follow the cheerful line or use stick to make noise. The atmosphere was joyous. When I am growing up, baseball is the same language with father. I don’t really need to know the rule of baseball clearly. I just have to support the team that my father likes. As I chatted with him about baseball, he would become talkative. That is a usual beginning in our talk. Due to this pleasant start, I can easily express the main subject that I really want to say. So I love baseball, because of itself and its extended advantages.

I never was an 'expert of being a sports fan', as I'm not so interested in supporting a certain team or remembering names of the players.
However I like baseball very much! I enjoy watching a game and having fun. It's a game that requires high strategy and technique.
Of course I like to play a baseball video game too!
