under the weather

"under the weather" means that I am sick, or I do not feel so good.
If you do not feel good when you wake up, you may tell your mother. "I am under the weather."

ex1) I'm felling a little under the weather tonight, so I think I'll go to bed early.
ex2) I can't go to work today. I am getting a cold and feeling under the weather.
