"She is kind enough to help her friend's homework"
This sentence found my grammar book.
This sentence means she is so kind that she help her friend's homework.

"He is too poor to buy the computer."
I maked this sentence myself.
It means He is very poor.
Because he cannot buy the computer.
=he is so poor that he cannot but the computer.

She is kind enough to help with her friend's homework.
That sounds a little better. You could also say it like this.
She is kind enough to help her friend with her homework.

Also, Eun-jin, I wanted you to post in the correct forum. Weren't my instructions simple enough? :)
