This class starts with a focus on listening. The focus then switches to vocabulary and interpreting the song. Finally, you will be encouraged to talk about the song.

This song is about seeing someone cry. You might want to discuss these questions with a friend or an ESL go.com English practice message board.

2. How did you feel? What did you do?
Listen for general understanding
Listen to the song "Cry".
Judging from the words and/or the mood of the song, who do you think the singer saw? Who is she singing to (a stranger, a friend, a relative, etc.)? You can talk about the answer with a friend or on the Music message board.
